Do you charge commission on pianos sold?
No, SellMyPiano.com does not charge commission on pianos sold. The only fee a seller
has to pay is the fee for placing an ad.
Why do I have to go thru Google Checkout to pay for my piano ad?
Google Checkout is the industry leader in secure online transactions. If we handled credit card
transactions ourselves, we'd have to become security experts virtually overnight! Google Checkout
has all of its business invested in safe online payments, so you can trust them to
be on the leading edge of security.
How long will my ad be posted?
All our ads run for one full year from the date posted. Of course when you sell your
piano, you can remove your ad yourself from the MyPianos page.
How many ads can I post?
You can post as many ads as you would like. There is no limit on the number of ads
you can post, but each one must be payed for seperately. If you plan on posting a large
number of ads, we suggest you open a Google Checkout account. Then you won't have to enter your
credit card and billing information each time you place an ad. If you don't already have a
Google Checkout account, you can create one when you place your first ad. During the Google Checkout payment
process, you will be given the option of creating an account, that you can later use during
subsequent payments.
Why do I have to register to see seller contact information?
We require that you be a registered user to see seller contact information in order
to protect their privacy and for security purposes. This measure filters out
scammers and helps to attract serious buyers. Registration, for both buyers and sellers, is quick
and free. Just click the yellow register link at the top of any page.
