Purchased 23 May 2006. Well cared for. There is no blemishes or scratches. Its play and finish are in perfect condition.This piano is still in factory warranty. Maintained in a climate controlled residential environment, sits in a room that does not get used. It has a cover that stays on always except when played. When this instrument is tuned the value is $11,390.00. Figure is based on the age, condition, size, grade and rarity of this instrument. This is the average price asked for by a private party.
